CJI PORCELAIN is a manufacturer, supplier and exporter of electrical insulators in India. The company was established in 1988 by a group of professionals with a vision of creating an enduring benchmark in India for qualitative excellence in Ceramic Electric Insulators.


Today CJI with a built up area of 2,50,000 sq. ft. (25,000 sq. mt) spread over a sprawling 55 acres of land, is having its Corporate Office in the Central Business District (CBD) of New Delhi, the Capital city of India. CJI is at the forefront of introducing new product styles for the domestic and export markets as per IS, DIN, IEC, and other international standards.


This has become possible due to product and process technology sourced from the world leaders coupled with continuing emphasis on in-house development in technology and adaptation to market requirements.

Today customers comment that CJI is amongst the most progressive porcelain manufacturing plants in India. Why? Because of CJI's new and innovative production flow systems and state of the art technology. These manufacturing concepts integrated with CJI's ISO 9001 Quality Programme with a strong emphasis on 'Kaizen' allows for manufacture and marketing of high quality Electrical Insulators.

With a modest beginning in 1988, we are today at the helm of a world class product. Our core customer is the Electric Utilities & OEM's in India and abroad that cater to the vital requirement of every human being's well being, his inherent need for energy.

Energy, since discovered by Thomas Edison has emerged as perhaps the single most important ingredient in every Humans life on this planet. And therefore a very important onus has been on the Utilities and OEM's responsible for making sure, that no individual on any part of this planet is deprived of this vital ingredient.

This makes the role of CJI all the more vital and important. CJI has long served the Indian market for Electrical porcelains giving it an opportunity to save the exchequer precious foreign exchange and generate employment opportunities.

At the time, CJI believes in serving global market while retaining a strong domestic presence. Today, CJI products are in service in may countries in extreme operating environments. CJI has put in place an extensive network of offices to provide comprehensive support to customers.

An integrated approach to total quality management (TQM) through comprehensive training at all levels supported by full fledged test facilities ensure superior product performance and reliability. All products are rigorously tested to ensure compliance with not only all international standards but also stringent customer specific standards. This is supported by periodic testing at reputed laboratories. We have used information technology for production planning, scheduling and control.
